Lawyer Alicia Althaus completed her law studies at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, specialising in “Fundamentals of Law” and “Criminology”. She completed her legal traineeship at the Regional Court District of Frankfurt am Main.
She joined the Traut law firm in 2020. She already completed her legal traineeship at the Traut law firm during her legal clerkship and was a research assistant at the Traut law firm until her admission to the bar.
In the course of her studies, Alicia Althaus was also able to gain valuable insights into renowned large law firms. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, she deepened her expertise and gained further practical experience at the Traut law firm and in the compliance and white-collar crime department of a major international law firm.
Ms Althaus was admitted to the bar in 2023. In addition to her work as an attorney, she is currently completing her doctorate at Goethe University Frankfurt on a comparative law topic between German criminal law and common law.
